Robert (Rob) Wright is our distinguished Corporate Consultant, dedicated to serving the Iowa, Minnesota, and Wisconsin territories for Iowa Pump Works, Originally from Glen Lake, Minnesota, Rob brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role. Since joining us in May 2020, Rob has been actively engaged in empowering and guiding our team members. His passion for mentoring shines through in his day-to-day activities, whether he's preparing corporate presentations or creating impactful training materials for our sales team. Rob's dedication to mentoring, training, and consulting makes him an invaluable asset to the Iowa Pump Works. family.

In his role as a Corporate Electrical Specialist, Anthony works with electricity and automatic systems, specializing in troubleshooting controls and resolving electrical issues. He provides crucial electrical support to the team, showcasing his proficiency in handling complex technical challenges. Anthony is also involved in training a new team member about controls, highlighting his commitment to knowledge-sharing within the organization. He finds satisfaction in fixing electrical issues and takes pride in his expertise.

Outside the realm of circuits and wires, Anthony enjoys various 'manly stuff,' including propagating trees, plants, and succulents. Anthony enjoys working on his house and finds solace in motorcycle and adventure bike rides through the Minnesota forests.

Jenny Braith, our dynamic Corporate Inside Sales Manager and Process Trainer, is a crucial part of our team. With her unwavering commitment to excellence, Jenny embodies exemplary customer service, meticulous attention to detail, and thoughtful interactions that strengthen client relationships. Her extensive experience and dedication make her an invaluable asset to our company. In her personal life, Jenny finds joy in spending quality time with her family/ grandkids and embracing the tranquility of the outdoors. An endurance athlete outside of work, E-One Product Manager Scott Swenson, carries over that dedication and motivation to his role at Minnesota Pump Works! He cares about providing the best solutions and integrity to customers. As a “go big or go home” guy, we’re lucky to have Scott on our team!

Jason Draeger has over 15 years of experience in the pump business and has been with us since 2017 as a Territory Account Manager. Jason is dependable, outgoing, intuitive, and committed to client satisfaction in addition to his extensive industry knowledge. He is also a good listener and pays close attention to what customers need. When he’s not working, you can find Jason enjoying family time or on the golf course.

Justin is a multi-faceted professional with years of experience. Without a doubt, he is fully qualified to offer the best solutions to his customers. He has an outstanding track record of providing outstanding customer service. He is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys spending his off-time hunting or fishing.

John Roth serves as our Territory Account Manager based in Dundas, MN, catering to central Minnesota. Originally from Storm Lake, Iowa, John brings a wealth of experience and dedication to his role. A proud alumnus of Minnesota State Mankato, he joined our team in 2023. With a passion for the outdoors, John spends his free time engaging in activities such as hunting, fishing, boating, golfing, and birding. With his strong work ethic and unwavering commitment to delivering top-notch service, John plays a pivotal role in our team's success at the Dundas branch of Minnesota Pump Works.

Inside Sales Executive, Dillon Braith, is a humble, hardworking, and all-round helpful guy. We can always count on Dillon to go out of his way and do what needs to be done in order to help our teams and customers! On the weekends, you’ll likely find Dillon outdoors, on a lake, in a boat, fishing!

Karen Becker, our dedicated Service Writer, and Inside Sales expert, is a vital part of the Minnesota Pump Works team in Dundas. Since joining us in August 2023, Karen has consistently exemplified an unwavering commitment to her responsibilities. With a passion for ensuring seamless operations, she efficiently coordinates service appointments, manages EOne product logistics, and handles various administrative tasks with finesse. Karen's can-do attitude is best summed up in her three-word motto, 'Whatever it takes.' When she's not immersed in her work, you might find her perfecting her golf swing, or enjoying cherished moments with her adult children.
